Orders with 50+ pieces:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date on non-personalized or custom items. The item must be in new condition, with packaging if applicable. To start the return process email info@shopthepaperdress.com with the order number, item, and reason for return.
No returns accepted on personalized items.
If you received an item that is not what you ordered please send a picture of the item with any information about the defect or incorrect personalization to info@shopthepaperdress.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
If you entered the information incorrectly or did not review the product details, no refund will be given.
Oils from your skin, lotions, & perfumes can transfer to the earrings and need to be cleaned periodically. To clean your earrings wash with mild soap and dry with a soft cloth.
